Original member of the BBC's Voice + AI team, designing and launching innovative and interactive content experiences that reached millions of consumers with positive acclaim.

Invited to speak at multiple conferences around the world, co-founding Women in Voice and Amazon recognising me as an Alexa Champion.

There's too much AI hype and business owners are "embracing AI" through fear of being left behind, or through falsely sold promises by AI salespeople. AI is just another technology driven by maths, so I launched AIFI to give SME owners what they need to make decisions about where AI fits in their business.

Worked with multiple startups to help integrate AI into their processes, saving hundreds of hours of time - something particularly precious in a startup environment. 

Achieved a distinction in my Artificial Intelligence MSc at Brunel University in 2024 whilst working full time. My dissertation focussed on standardisation solutions and frameworks for consistent customer experiences when using generative AI.
