Part of the founding team for BBC Voice + AI. Helped design and launch content experiences on Alexa that reached millions of listeners. Awarded Alexa Champion by Amazon.

Led the product work that built the foundations for NatWest's first AI agents, in partnership with IBM and OpenAI — in a regulated environment where the cost of getting it wrong was real.

Co-founded and later chaired NatWest Cora's AI Ethics Board — one of the first of its kind at a major UK bank. That work is where I learned what good AI governance actually looks like in practice, and what goes wrong when it doesn't exist.

Most AI advice is either too technical or too hyped. I launched AI Fully Informed to give mid-market companies something more useful: plain-language guidance from someone who has actually shipped AI, in places where mistakes had consequences.

Co-founded Women in Voice UK. Resident AI expert and co-host on Raising Generation AI podcast. Speaker on AI governance, compliance, and practical adoption for mid-market businesses.

Achieved a distinction in my Artificial Intelligence MSc at Brunel University in 2024 whilst working full time. My dissertation focussed on standardisation solutions and frameworks for consistent customer experiences when using generative AI.
